Our story

Our Story

MediTrack was born from a personal experience. Our founder, Dr. Sarah Johnson, witnessed too many medication errors during her time as a hospital pharmacist. She knew there had to be a better way.

In 2020, she partnered with AI researcher Michael Chen to create a solution that would democratize access to accurate medication identification. What started as a simple app has grown into a comprehensive platform used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Today, we continue to innovate and expand our capabilities, always keeping our users' health and safety at the center of everything we do.
